Lost a Tahoe, but saved my Son

Here is an old thread about a Tahoe that I redid for my son 4 or 5 months ago. To say my son loved his Tahoe is an understatement.

Well, Monday was his last day off of school for Christmas break and him and his buddy were going squirrel hunting. On his way he had an accident, a pretty bad accident. It was bad enough that his buddy that was with him had to pull him from the truck.

He has a long road ahead of him to heal, he suffered a concussion, a brain contusion, fractured spine, and a couple of spots on his lungs and his stomach. He is home and overall doing well. Just keep him in your prayers please.

From a father's point of view, I'm so happy that he's OK! Actually brought a tear to my eye. I have two sons and a daughter. Makes you realize how short life can be! Prayers for a speedy recovery.

Everything happens for a reason with regard to you choosing that vehicle and making sure it was safe for him. God is never surprised and you can bet He was with your boy then as much as He is during his recovery. Praying for complete recovery for both families. He'll get the squirrels another day.

Sorry about the truck but it can be replaced. Glad your son is on the road to recovery and will pray for speedy recovery
