I have a 2007 Chevy Tahoe LT 2WD & I replaced the seal, that the Yoke goes into the transfer case & the drive shaft is back on, now the problem I’m having is locating the Fill & Drain plug, I’ve watched numerous videos & none were 2WD, so please someone tell me where it at, because I cannot find it??? So I can refill my gear oil??

I suspect that the "transfer case" you mention is actually the transmission; no transfer case on a 2wd (you said 2wd if I'm not mistaken). Pics are of the back of the tranny.

So if I don’t have a transfer case, was that gear oil that leaked out or transmission fluid that leaked out?
& if that was differential fluid & I don’t have a transfer case, should I replace the fluid in the rear differential?
& can I start the vehicle to check the vehicles transmission fluid, basically what’s my next thing to to get this vehicle going for my mom?

yeah, 2wd doesn't have a transfer case. what you slid the drive shift yoke into, which I guess is where you replaced the seal is called the tail housing. it's part of the transmission.
a transfer case looks much different but it does bolt to the tranny in the same place as the tail housing does. it's just much larger, goes off the drivers side of the truck. and has its own fluid inside it. the tail housing doesn't. it's just a empty kinda cone shape aluminum housing straight back from the tranny.
so if it was leaking from the front of the drive shaft where it goes into the transmission. that's transmission fluid. dex 6. if it was the rear end housing, where the drive shaft bolts into the rear axle housing that was leaking. that's gear lube. 75-90w I believe. definitely don't mix those to up and put the wrong fluid in either one.
