I ordered all those items looking to achieve the same look. The keys and spacers don't worry me, however I have never done a body lift. I wanted to pick your brain about your brush guard on the front. I really like it and the look. Not that "off the shelf" look like everybody else.

Thanks buddy, an I was the same way, around here it's either bull bars, or brush guards, an I've always like the pre-runner look, so I thought what the hay, I'm gonna get this to be different, an ended up liking it more than I imagined I would...

If I wanted to get that "Cali-Lean" would a 1.5" rear spacer still work with a 3" key and 3" body?
Yea it'll look just like my pewter tahoe, but wouldn't call it "cali-lean"

LIFTED, my keys, shocks, spring spacer, and body lift was delivered today. i tried to leave work early but my wife gave me three rings of hell and told me to wait.

Anyways, care to share you build plans of you brush guard. trying to figure out how you mounted it and such. I have the tubing, and planning on bending and building right after i install my lift.

Oh I bought mine, but it's mounted, to my actual bumper, drilled 4 holes and bolted frome the inside of my bumper!

Ah makes sense. I have to take the bumpers off anyways so i can make a plan to just bolt it up. Where did you buy it from if you don't mind me asking?

I would suggest pre fitting it while your bumper is mounted, very easy to get it crooked lol

I decided to go a different route but I found the look I wanted. Almost done. Just a few more tweeks and I think I will be finished for the summer. More things to do this coming up winter though.

Looks really good. I am also the owner of a 04 Tahoe z71 and just sold my daily driver so I am looking to lift and level out my Tahoe. Want to go with 35 in tires after I lift. What lift/level should I get? I would like springs and shocks but that's all I know pretty much.

I would recommend a 6" suspension lift if your wanting springs, the lift will come with shocks! Itll be about an inch taller than mine (going by one i put a 6" on) versus my setup, although a full suspension setup is more costly! But if you have anyother questions just ask away! Sorry for the delay on my response!
