Lift spindels and 20x12

I have a 2003 tahoe lt. I was wondering if 3" lift spindels push the front tires out or increase the track width? The tires I have are 33/12.50r20 toyos. I know I can run 20x12 rims with 33s if I get torsion keys with alot of fender lining cutting. I heard the spindels push the front tires out and the back spacing might not work. So I'm leaning towards the keys but I don't want the bad ride. Can somebody please let me know if it'll work! Or is there a specific brand that doesnt push out the front wheels? Do lift spindels require longer shcks ?

How does backspaceing work? If the max backspace the spindels alow is 4.65 will a rim with 4.7 work?

Can anyone recommend any good 3" lift spindels and shocks that will work with 4.750 backspace 20x12 wheels

backspacing is the amount of the wheel that is inboard of the mounting surface (measured across the back of the wheel to the wheels mounting surface)

you may have interference issues at 4.7" if the max is 4.65".

you could throw a 1/4" wheel spacer on which would effectively increase your track(1/4" x 2 for each side) and decrease the backspacing by the same amount if you needed to make the wheels work.
