lift question

I have a 2wd and i've decided to go UP!!!

I've settled on these 3" spindles, and 3" spacers, along with ford keys, my question is do i need swaybar end links, or anything like that, and how much lift in the shocks do i need?

Don't need longer shocks for spindles but recommended for keys, 2" longer bilsteins preferably
For the rear get 4" longer than stock, any name brand u want

Whats the difference in aluminum spacers and some ive seen made from "CNC machined from Delrin"? looks like a polyurethane but it says its not?
