license plate lens

I am looking into changing my rear license plate light but the screws are so rusted the Philips head turned into a rivet I am going to do the Dremel method however does anyone know the size of screws so I can get a replacement

I believe it is a #10 screw. I took mine out and put in nickel coated ones.
