leveling kit for 33s

i am looking to change out my tires on the 01 yukon right now i have 265/70/16 and stock gmc rims, i wont to go with 33s but my promblem is i dont know if i can fit them with a levaling kit or do i need to get a lift kit

I have been looking at the mickey thompson baja mtz 33x12.50x16.
