Best Leveling Kit for 2007 Tahoe LTZ 4WD

What's the best leveling kit? I have a stock setup and want to get some meatier tires with a leveling kit when it's time to get new shoes in a month or so. Eventually want to lift about 3", but for now just want to level out.

Cheap and easy: 1" leveling spacer under the lower shock/strut mount on the lower control arm. Gives 2" of front lift, and will usually level the stance.

Popular: Bilstein 5100s, with adjustable perches.
