Lengthen Driveshaft?

Having had to lengthen my rear drive shaft recently because of my 4" lift, I took a look at my front drive shaft.
There is a gap between the seal and the transfer case. Having no reference to where this gap is normally, and there is a shiny vs rusty area that seems to indicate the boot used to be closer to the transfer case. It appears this shaft may need to be lengthened. I don't seem to feel any vibration from the front, but the whole truck is stiff, and I can feel vibrations from everything.

Looking at this picture, does it seem to you that the shaft needs to be lengthened, or am I ok here?
I am probably going to pull the shaft to do the u-joints, so if it needs to be lengthened, then I can get that done too.

looks like the clamp came off, you need to replace it, see the one on the left, dealer sells them

No, get a new strap, pull the boot back where it was and clip the new strap on
I think there like $10-12 at the dealer or around there, mine came off once a couple years ago
the boot is basically just a cover to keep dirt out, but water still gets in on the ends which is why you see the rusty spot, the otherside will look the same if you took that strap off.
it's a locking strap, not a worm drive clamp.
