Welcome to the Forum from NH.

Pics of the truck, please. If we can't see it, it does not exist.

Did this start all of a sudden, or were there signs of a possible issue earlier, like the window crank speed slowing down? If you press and hold the down side of the button and simultaneously put downward pressure on the window glass pane, does it move downward at all?

I suspect that you will need to remove the inside door panel to troubleshoot further, to see if see if you have 12 volts at the window motor, while pressing the window down button. Removal of the door panel is quite easy, if you follow a YouTube video on how to do it (I recently had to replace a door handle, which required removing the inside door panel).

Your message would be easier to understand if you would include more punctuation. Jus' sayin'.

Charm.li shows the window switch coming out easily; that would provide you with some test points for voltage and perhaps to bypass the switch for testing.

Here's the electrical schematic for circuit tracing:

thanks for responding. This issue happened all of a sudden, no warning signs/slow movement. all of a sudden both switches went dead. i do belive that im going to have to pull the panel, and check for 12 volts at the motor. It was just weird how it happened out of nowhere. I was also wondering if anyone else ran into similiar issue? here is a pic of the truck. thanks for you input.

As I was thinking about this I vaguely remembered @swathdiver talking about the rear switches being interchangeable, but I'm not sure if it was for this model year.

When I looked on Rock Auto, the replacement switches work for either side, so you could swap the left and right switches to see if the issue follows.

If it was the rear switch it would still work from the drivers switch, but you can try swapping switches anyway, they just pop out, if no change pull the door panel and check the motor with 12v.
if the motor tries to move but the window does not then you need a regulator, if nothing happens then you need a new motor.
the aftermarket motors are mostly plastic garbage, if it is the motor I would try the junkyard for used one any motor from 07-14 will work, does not have to be from a tahoe.
