LED dome lights

Ok guys I just bought some LED bulbs for my dome lights..I put them in and they don't work...why? Im assuming I need to put in a resister somewhere.....where do I do that and where do I buy them...thanks

First try flipping them. LEDs are polar sensitive they have to go in a certain way. then make sure there is good contact in the slots for them.

What were the odds of me pulling 2 LED bulbs out and sticking both of them in wrong.

Out of the hundreds of LEDs that I've done I've maybe put 5 in the right way the first time lol

There sure is. License plates and map lights are t10 base bulbs and puddle lights and overhead interior lights are 41mm festoon.

By they way, what are puddle lights and are the dome lights pretty bright? I've seen some piss poor interior LEDs...
