So from what I can tell, after hours of reading, ford keys will only allow me to crank past the stock crank point. So if thats the case, why wouldnt i crank the stock keys and see how i like it before replacing stocks. Make sense? And aftermarket keys it dont relieve any stress on my cv's.

Stock keys will only lift you about 1-1.5 inches where aftermarket or ford keys are indexed differently will lift you 2-3".

Got em cranked. Only achieved an inch. I'm still 38" in the rear and 36.25 in both front wells.

Don't see why you couldn't. I think the extenders are a cheaper option.

Dont crank more than 2inches bad idea and will wrar everthing badly. And yea you can get longer shocks but id just *** extenders. They do the job for alot less

I've been cranked an inch now for couple weeks. It rides okay. I can certainly handle it. I can crank em more but don't wanna push it. Just can't get over the fact that I could be "causing" wear. And again keys only allow you to crank past, 2 inches right? They don't alleviate any strain, essentially they allow you to cause more?
