keyfob question

I just have your standard 4 button keyfob and seperate key.

can I use this on my truck instead?

would be soo much nicer having on less thing in my key ring. I don't have remote start so that button is useless but I'm fine with that, as long as I can get the key cut and the rest of the buttons work I'm happy. I have a 2010 Yuk. base model.

You physically wnt be able to get it out of park. Literally. Physically the key gets in the way of the shifter.

oh snap! your right hahaha. OMG sure glad I asked before I purchased one. hahaha
this is my first truck with the shifter on the tree, I'm used to it being at the floor. that sucks! but oh well, maybe someday I'll have a nicer job, and can own more than one vehicle, and one vehicle where it has everything I want.

The keys are nice, but if someone modded the shifter to clear, they could make a little chunk of change selling them and the flip key as a combo mod.

I know a few ppl who have tried this and they all have their flip keys sitting at their house, lol.

ended up getting a combo two fobs for 12 bucks. not sure if they come with batteries but I'm sure I have some because those CR batteries are cheap bulk buys on Amazon.

Mine came with batteries. My esky fobs came with batteries as well.

The seller has another set of those keys, so I put in an offer. So maybe saturday I will have new key fob. Ill sell the esky pair as thr Sierra denali ones look better imho.
