Thought I would post up a couple videos to show how my exhaust sounds.

The exhaust is all stock including the resonator except for the muffler which is a Jones flow pack JFP 300.

First video is a cold start video...

The second video is with it warmed up and running/revving...

Sounds great and deep tones!

Thanks Foss.... I didn't want it to be obnoxiously loud like an old beat up mud truck... I just wanted it to have a nice deep tone without any drone, which is why I left the resonator in place.

This is supposed to be a luxury vehicle so I was more concerned with quality of sound over quantity. I am happy with the outcome.

I also realize that this may not improve performance appreciably but it certainly can't hurt losing all the weight of the ginormous factory muffler... lol

Pretty slick fit. Could also be used as a canter console/cup holder. Have you thought about affixing some type of factory looking cup holder to the top or front of it? If I'm not mistaken @Fosscore has s Thunder MTX(?)box in place of his front center console, replacing his jump seat, and he took off the stock cup holders and screwed them to the front of his sub box. Looks pretty good. Please Fosscore correct me if I'm wrong.

@Tonyrodz

Sorry just been busy lately and saw this post, which is by now outdated. But yes I have the JL Audio Stealthbox 10" that replaced the front jump seat. The guys took the front cup holder off the jump seat as well as the center console.

The shop screwed the cup holder to the bottom of the box and it sits perfectly over the hump. The center console is designed to fit on top of the box. The box is carpeted and you would never even know what it was as the look is virtually OEM. It is bolted to the floor of the truck under the front seats, so it is secure in place.

I really like the look of it Foss. I love stealthy.

They came in today... now I've gotta get my son to pull the headlights and get them installed.

I will try to get a video after they are installed.

For the headlights?

For the front turn signals.

I converted the inner most bulb (DRL) into a parking light/turn signal to match the original turn signal and I plan on converting the side marker (194 bulb) into a turn signal only instead of a parking light.

So the sequential flash will start at the center (original DRL spot) and go to the original turn signal bulb (center location) and end at the side marker (194 bulb) location.

I think it will look neat with my white/amber switchbacks.

Did you burn through that tank of 89 yet?

Yeah... a couple times... lol

I got the Wi-Fi OBD2 dongle from my brother and now my oil temperature and transmission temperature and gear selection are working great BUT I still can't get an ethanol percentage to read.

Before I thought I had it working but it always showed 74.9%...

Now it is showing -0.4% which can't be right either.

Anyway... last tank of mixed driving showed 14.5 MPG average on 89.

That's frustrating for sure. As for fuel economy, what was your average on E85 and what do both cost per mile?

I'm still running E85, was going to switch over but thought I'd run a few more tanks of corn through it. Price went up six cents a gallon last time so the margins are getting close to being the same, maybe.

From my calculations E85 averages $0.19-0.22 per mile and I get about 250 miles to a tank.

89 averages about the same cost per mile but I get 375 miles to a tank.

The closest E85 to me is about 12 miles one way so I don't really think it's worth the effort.

The juice isn't worth the squeeze so to speak... lol

Twelve miles away makes it inconvenient unless it's on the way. I've started my seventh tank in a row since replacing the Y-pipe. We're averaging $.19 cents a mile and 277 miles. If my wife wasn't driving it, it would be $.17-.18 cents a mile and just over 300 miles to the tank. Last tank of E85 went 330 miles, burned 26.2 gallons. Last two tanks were at 80% Alcohol content, so it wasn't until the 5th tank that the alcohol content peaked. I haven't checked the current tank yet.
