lol, mold the kon grill into the tahoe front clip.. better yet the HD sierra grill opening. ooooo

I think I pushed it in a little when installing it, Damn tabs are a ***** to get on. I gotta pull on it a little to straighten it out. I had to put some pressure right there to bring the grill back far enough so the tab could catch it and trying to line up and open up the tab enough to slide it on. But it was worth it.

It started raining right as i was pulling off the grill shell, lightning and everything. Gotta love Cali weather.

Look at my grille.. the idiot who put it in bent it pretty bad.. so i straightend it out with a flat head screw driver after a couple of drinks

didn't do so well on the 1st attempt but the next day i spent a few hours on the shape.. not perfect but good enough

What am I going to do with you guys...
Sorry, IMO, I have never liked how that grill mounts, sticks too far out, paint falls off...
I don't mind the hole pattern. I made some Denali 01-06 grills with that pattern, in my early days, but they did not sell.
On Sale for $99.00, we have our Yukon Grill Insert in Classic Black, with our original classic hole pattern with either a black or bright chrome Yukon logo.
It fits and looks great, easy installation and will last a very long time.
We will be making the Yukon Grill Inserts with the laser cut Denali hole pattern in a few months, but it will cost $199.00 Retail in Classic Black. We need to sell the inventory we have first.
The picture shows my first Yukon with the Black Grill Insert, but a factory Yukon Logo. Our Black or Bright Chrome Logos will fill the logo area and looks better. My white Denali has the classic hole pattern products. (a 3 year old pic)
