Like the title says, just bought a '03 Denali from a very good friend of mine, then I jump on here find out its 1 0f 14, with the same options. Makes me feel even better about the price.

It needs a little bit of work, but for only giving 10k for it I am very very happy.

I like the wheels so I am not changing those, but plans are possibly a brush guard, taillight guards, redo the tint, and an in dash navigation.

10k is a good price if it's mechanically sound. How many miles?

Looks good!

140k miles, but it was owned by a Ford tech. It actually has a brand new transfer case. Engine is clean inside and out, no leaks, no weird issues. The only thing he did that I dont like is took the cats off.

doesnt look like a denali, it has yukon moldings and a logo that looks like an slt logo, plus no denali moldings. Running boards arent denali ones either

It is a Denali, from what I have figured out it had to have been custom ordered.

If someone did fake it they went to such great lengths that I dont care. Even getting the original owners manuals, stickers under the hood....... etc.

Yea that's crazy it doesn't have Denali moldings. The front looks legit denali. Interior pics?

I never knew you could 'special order' a Denali to not include the side moldings...

Everything under the hood says 6.0, has the vortec 6000 engine covers, I will have to actually look at the casting number on the back of the block to know for sure. It has every option except for a sunroof, as far as I can tell.

Hey Man Im not trying to burst your bubble or anything but that is NOT a denali. There are no such thing as a AutoTrac or even a 4WD Denali. They only come AWD.:secret:

Well if its not, the sucker is going back.....

Sorry to tell ya man but I think someone did a front end conversion on you and sold you a "clone" and not really a good one at that. It's a nice rig and looks to be in good shape but definitely not a true Denali.

I'd also check the Carfax. It wouldn't surprise me if the Yukon has been wrecked before and that's when the front end conversion was done....

As far as I can tell with out taking half the motor apart it is a 6 liter.

If it is a clone it is a damn good one. Even down to the correct owners manuals and service books.

Guess I will be putting in a call to GM in the morning.
