JL Audio - Stealthbox

I'm guessing with the dual stealthbox I'm going to lose jack storage for the crappy oem jack?

Definetely want to keep my cargo space and not put a floor mount box and I wonder if the console sub will be enough

just wanted to bring this back to the top....does anyone have an answer on the jack?

about ready to pull the trigger on replacing everything and still don't want to lose my cargo space.

Giving the center console stealthbox a lot of consideration.. I have to make sure mine will work though because min has the deep open plastic storage compartment.

I went with the HD 900/5 seems to get the job done

leaves me 100x4 for the focals in the doors, goes plenty loud.

I thought I had some but can't find any. I want to take that panel off to insulate a little more from vibrations and when I do I will snap some pics

@Ponchonutty, That is what I was looking at the other day in my Tahoe. Im glad someone did this mod before I tore it apart just to look at if it would work or not. Along with pics that have been requested did you do a thread on this install or could you do a quick run down of it. Althought you might hijack this thread? Its old anyways but this would still be relavent tho so I think it would be ok? Thanks

FYI, if you plan to do this you will need a low profile subwoofer. I used this single woofer http://www.rockfordfosgate.com/products/details/p3sd4-10. It's ran off of this amp. http://www.rockfordfosgate.com/products/details/p500x1bd You might be able to run a shallow 12" but it's gonna be real tight

Hell, no reason to tear it apart again, if you had the pics already that would be great but im sure that opening up that rear panel is a bit of a job. I will eventually get around to it, I need to go through this thing some regardless bc I am finding dirt in places that it shouldnt be. Almost like oil rig worker owned this truck before me. Cleaning up behind all the panels makes a hude difference in old car smells. Thanks for the concern anyways.
