Is the chat bot inaccurate for order status?

I ordered a Yukon back in November and the dealer gave an estimate of January build.
I was checking with the bot weekly and it was still saying order not accepted by GM.
I asked the dealer for an update and the dealer said its build date is Jan 25. When I query the GM chat bot, it still says not accepted and the gm chat human advisor said the same. Who is more accurate?

Dealer. Bot is not accurate. I had once where the bot and advisoe said my tahoe was accepted and built, but dealer said it wasnt accepted yet, let alone built. It was 8 weeks later before it ended getting built.

The bot that's not a human only has so much available info. Getting transfered to a real person gives you more up to date info..
