Interior removal question

Has anyone taken the off the piece that holds the seatbelt on the sides. I'm trying to take the whole piece off to do fiberglass but don't wanna just start pulling on it. I know I have to take the seatbelt off first but can't even do that help please. Thanks

Take the seatbelt off with a torx tip and just pull the plastic off
