Hi guys!

I need help with an issue and all my local shops are giving me the "go see this shop" and when I go see that shop they send me to another shop.

Anyway...I broke the front bracket of the rear upper control arm(see first attached picture). And I found a replacement at a local junkyard that is not rusted and in very solid shape(see second attached picture)

My question is...what is the best way to have this repaired? I already know that the piece that is on my frame in pic 1 has to be taken off...should I cut the piece from the junkyard in a 90 degree angle like in Pic 3 that I drew and just set it on top of my frame and have it welded? Or is there a better or right way?

Any and all thoughts and opinions are welcome and very much appreciated!!!
