Interior LED question?

I bought a cheap LED kit to add some light under the seats, planning on plugging into one of the USB ports. When I did, even after turning the vehicle off, locking doors, the lights stay on. Not wanting to run the battery down, anyone have a suggestion for a port that doesn’t pull power when vehicle is off?

Did you try all the ports, also does the kit have a on/off switch?
