That does sound familiar. I don't have my service receipt, but I believe it was a HMI cable replaced on mine and some updates.
3 days later and not one problem.

I believe I am good!

OK got the Yukon back this morning and this is what was done:

Found HIM has bad connection on circuit board.

R & R 3421060 Human Interface Control Module N/C

R & R 14923 WGM N/C

Found Code B127E no connection between HMI and Video due to bad internal connection. R & R HMI and cord. Re Program thru USB and SPS all ok at this time.

So...if anyone in the future has this issue the fix for me was as described above.

My dealer was super about the whole thing...gave us a Buick Enclave loaner and the Yukon was washed and detailed when I picked it up.

Sounds like the GM and the dealerships are getting a better understanding of the issue. Both Bob and I spent months getting our respective issues resolved. Now it's down to a few days.
Yeah it sucks to have a new vehicle develope issues like this. But I gotta give props to the techs at the dealerships and GM's Infotainment Specialists working with the owners.
Hope this thread will help those with similar problems get through it.

My screen start flickering real bad and then quick moving up and down. Radio and all still works fine. Just no display. They ordered me a new screen, just waiting for part from GM. Talking way too long...

If it were me, I would be calling the Chevrolet Customer Service # and complain to them. Further...find out where your Chevrolet Regional Zone office is and call them.
