intake finally!

so i had a little money left over after payin the bills this week and was gonna do a different muffler but found out it wouldnt fit... i went to autozone today thinkin about gettin one of those spectre add a piece kits but found out that it wouldnt fit around my throttle body cause the stock one is f'n ginormus... i went up to the counter and started talkin to the guy and he pulled out a spectre book and found the part number for the intake they make for my truck and it just so happens they had it in stock... so of course i bought it and rushed home to put it on... i would have to say the performance did go up a little but the sound you get from a intake on a v8 is AMAZING theres no way im gonna see a mpg increse cause my foot will always be to the floor... it made my weekend a lil better after my truck being keyed at work friday night... sorry for the long post but im bored... and ill switch the filter to a k&n in the next few weeks

Get an AEM or K&N dry filter and you'll be really happy with it. Congrats.
