Info about Outlaw Cai

I found this in a Tahoe at my local P+P. My question is am I missing something on the bottom? There isn't many pictures of the Outlaw and I'm hoping someone can shed some light on this. I'm thinking a downtube maybe?

that's different could be like the volant that has the true cold air ram air pipe off the bottom ive never seen that one before tho . I would just use the piping and keep your stock box unless you like it or can find more info
