What is NBS and NNBS? I see it all the time when describing these vehicles?
If it is obvious, I am going to punch myself in the face. Should I know this?

NBS is new body style 00-06 and nnbs is 07+

yeah, because in 00 it was the changeover year, so if you say 00, people dont know what body style, so it was referred to as "the new body style" and later acronym-ed to "new body style" NBS and then just carried in to the "new new body style" NNBS

You learn quickly when you own a "00". It certainly gets confusing ordering parts, so you have to be specific whether its new or old body style. The rear rotors are even different and by mabe a 1/16" or so.

Big +1...go look at the wikipedia page for the Ford F150, and tell me how well you think the whole "gen 1, gen 2, gen 3" thing would work out.
