how to remove fuse box 2008 yukon xl

Ive tried to remove the fuse box, i can't get the two to separate. i'm lifting the draw down bars but the under side won't release. one person said there's a bolt one has to remove ( but where is it ). any videos available that shows the problem i'm having.
