How to check if front Autoride dampening is working?

So i started wondering, i fixed the rear suspension for autoride and it’s pumping air and working nicely.

Now I’m wondering, how do you check if autodamping in front is actually working and isn’t stuck in some hard suspension mode?
Couldn’t find any videos

Is there any way to test it without Tech2?
