How the hell do I remove those last bolt?!?

Open ended wrench
X2. 6 point if you got it. Likely rusted if live in salt road state. You can use the box end of an open ended wrench and then use another large wrench box end to interlock at the open end part of the first wrench and get more length/leverage.

2. Spray some WD-40 or some other penetrating oil on it and get her lubed up.

I am going to the left, used wd-40 and others anddddd lots of muscle lol not budging. About to use an angle grinder and cut back end off then just purchase new bolt
Well if you can get a grinder in there to cut the head off you should be able to use a 1/2" impact and a wobble socket or wobble socket and wobble extension on it. If you heat it at the threads area that would help. If you cut it off you still have to get the threads out unless the threads are in the old hub you are replacing.

Remember WD40 does not work instantly. Have to let it soak. Likely overnight and give it 2-3 different squirts. You can heat at the end of the threads and the heat will travel up the threads.

Or pop the housing off at the ball joints to get a better grip on it. C'mon man!

Used an angle grinder and took off end of bolt then just popped out the hub assembly. Just going to buy a new bolt but will need to pop off the housing of the ball joint to get bolt back In the hole

heat around the bolt. not on the bolt.
WD40 does nothing for what you need here. use a real penetrating oil like pb blaster etc.
use a breaker bar and put the jack handle on the end of it. even if you have only the tiniest amount of room to turn the bolt itll still break free. use a 6 point socket.
