How do I detach the cables

Having trouble detaching my ECM/PCM cables and i don't want to break them.

Any tips?

Lift up on the grey clasp to open it up and then push it as far to the "left" in the picture there to unlock the connector.

The whole connector will have to be wiggled to loosen it.
