You just have to do it blind unless you pull the intake manifold. It takes patience for sure. Glad your gauge is working right now, hope the leak is fixed too.

I really hope that no one is removing intake plenum to do this. You need space? Release fuel pressure; pull fuel pump resistor, start truck and let it run till it dies....no fuel pressure. Disconnect fuel lines. Go to Harbor Freight and buy the aluminum fuel line release tool. Plastic tool is complete trash. With fuel lines disconnected, you can see and reach behind plenum.

Otherwise, a oil pressure sensor socket and swivel works just as well.

I've done it both ways.
