High beams not working 09 PPV

The wires seem to have been spliced i’m not electrician so i’m completely lost, also checked the fuse and that’s fine.

Same thing happened to my 09. You have to check wires. They always do crap work taking police lights out

i had similar problem...i had power coming out of the fuse block under the hood but it was not getting to the headlights....i ended up cutting the wires in the harness and just runnign jump wires...both lows and highs work at the same time....it may not be proper but it worked in the end.....please don't quote me but i think the wires may have been green/white and green/black, i would have to double check though
