good quality and lots of sales means they can lower there price because of the amount that they sell and the good customer service means people will spread the word and they can sell more.

if your headlights come on automatcially during start up, get the harness...if you have to turn them on manually, you dont need it. But cheap insurance they work more often, IMHO.

not sure what they mean dual in/dual out

Me three! I gotta order some for my '97 Yukon, the lights turn on when the truck starts. What do I need to get HID hi's and lows?

You can get hight, lows or both. You just need to disable your DRLs. Many here have had success with removing the DRL fuse. In my case on my '99 Yukon, my DRL module is burned out, so the DRLs don't work anyway.

I'm wondering why the fuss over DRL? I have HIDs on my lows, and I run DRL. It's no biggy. A year later everything still works. However I did run the 4-hi mod to keep the HID lows on when using the high's. Then I turned it into a 6-hi mod when I added my airplane landing spot lights.

BTW, I bought the harness, and it plugs in backwards on these trucks. I also used the relay too.

X's 2, what's up with disabling the DRL's?
I'm thinking I want to go with HID for both hi and lo, and even my spotlights :hmm:

with stock lenses, won't you have a nasty scatter using HID's? (blinding other drivers)

No nasty scatter here on my '99. I did aim them a bit lower, since I went with the 55w kit. I hate being blinded by HIDS......and I don't want to be the guy doing the blinding :mad3:

I don't thik there is a big fuss over diabling the DRLs. I personally don't like them. Every car I have had, I disabled the DRLs. Just my preference.

On a side note, I do usually run around with my parking lights on, so I am more visible than without any lights.
