moved the ground and that solved one of them. now it comes on everytime with switch but still not the drivers. someone said to flip the polarity of ballest. could that be it?

ok harness isnt flipped if they worked before unless you un plugged them, also if you have your ballasts just floating in the breeze( not secured) you will blow the ballasts. also take a meter to make sure you have a FULL 12v going to them, ballasts dont like low power( also will blow them)

unknown at this time.
the ddm are supposed to get the plug turned 180 normally. they were originally set up as a positive ground system. not negative ground like our vehicles.

Do you have a relay harness. I think it's flickering and not firing both bulbs because both ballasts are not getting the required voltage.

ive got them wired with a relay, 30amp i think from a ford. the power wire to and from relay is 14awg and the lights are grounded where the wire comes off battery to the fender. the passenger one always ignites always drivers when i flip switch.

Found your problem your using a ford product lol but change the ground around a bit see if you find anywhere else that would work.
