Help with some upgrades

I have a 01 Yukon slt 4x4 I’m wanting to upgrade my seats to the 03-04 as well as steering wheel and dash hvac controls etc is it mostly plug and play or not possible. Also wanting to convert my power steering to hydro boost what is needed
