Heavy Steering after 2-3 Drop

Got the Belltech 2-3 drop installed along with re-alignment and I'm noticing it's a little tougher to steer. The ride is a hair stiffer than stock, but not unbearable and I love the look. I wanted to make sure this isn't out of the ordinary. Or if anyone has experienced this, what to look for.

Yeah what did you use to install, spindles up front?
If so, the toughness in the steering is caused by the upper and lower ball joint nuts, along with maybe even the Tie rod end being too tight.
They are supposed to be torqued to
1. 35 ft Lbs for the Upper ball joint nut and tie rod end.
2. 75 ft Lbs for the Lower ball joint nut.

Yes, drop spindles up front with factory shocks.

I didn't do the install, but should I break them loose and re-torque? Or does the jack up the alignment? If so I can just take it back to my mechanic.

Tell them to loosen, and re-tighten to the above specs.
You won't need another alignment.
