well if you arent doing a cnotch yet our goal is to get you axle to frame.. you still HAVE to do the djm free travel mod.. and if we can get it axle to frame.. you will need to do a bump stop of some sort.. all thats easy shit though.. getting you axle to frame on a boa is gonna be the hard part

As soon as fat gets online we will have a lil better help

or even adam

wel first do not get a plate with a cup style bracket for the bottom. use a single circular plate for the bottom and weld it off center if you are running 2600 pound bags. second,use a cup styel upper brtacket you will likely have to make a noth for th air line to go through. then like mob said the free travel mod, for sure then the bracket that is welde to the dif fo rthe panhar bar hit the upper brace. you might be able to grind some off but its better if you buy one from suicededoors.com and weld it in a diferent location. also do get foru valves one set per coner. if not it will have some type of
woble. since you arte running 20s you might not tuck rim but you will be very low. there is another solution for youre step notch. that should be good to start. thats exactly wht i did on mine util i said **** it and saterted cuttuing every for tubs and step notch. laying it out baby. also whta size tire you are running?

see thats what me and him were pming about.. i was thinking do a flat mount on the bottom or even (for saftey incase of bolt failure) a true cup so the bag sits flat but has a shallow surround around it.. and weld a nut inside of the hole on the flat bracket and just do a threaded rod holding the bad to the axle.. should save at LEAST an inch off doing a traditional bracket setup...

i cant find one.. looking now.. but flat brackets will work too.. by bolt fell out of my "behind axle" brackets and the rigitity of the bag kept it in place all by itself... i didnt even know until i went to have the wheels rotated

thats alil scarry

well on a bracket setup its still just one bolt holding it on.. to a flat plate.. the only difference is the bolt is a bolt.. which can come out.. vs.. this way its a threaded rod... that cant.

Something like this for the bottom... BUT.. drill the center hole a little bigger and flush weld a nut into it.. put tiny spacers AS SMALL AS POSSIBLE on either side.. to give yourself room to weld it flat and account for the nut... then weld it to the axle and put a lil scrap steel supports on either side from the bottom..

::drawing a pic now::

The spacers are because youre going to run a 1/8 inch steel flat bracket.. and its gonna be a 1/4 inch nut.. so you have to make up for a 1/8 inch somewhere.. shit for 12$ a bracket you could just order 2 for each side and stack them and it would be better than any spacer on the planet

I cant imagine doing a better bottom end for a boa setup.. after you did this just make sure the top is as flat as the air fitting will allow.. and youll be ****

the only way to go shorter with a boa setup would be.. to get the top super flat.. i dont remember when the top looks like.. but if you could weld another flat bracket to the top and tap the line straight out. (into the floorboard? grommet seals?) you could easily pull an extra 2 to 4 inches more out of a boa this way

i THINK they are already pretty damn flat.. dont sweat cutting nothing thats not gonna save space.. too much cutting and we might as well have done a mock 4-link

The top is where im blind.. i dont remember the top at all.. fat should be able to help us there.. maybe get us some pics

for the rear upper bracket (oem) it would have to be removed and weld a flat bracket with gussets on the sides. oooooorr you can notch a good section of the upper bracket to have clearnce for youre fitting and air line. i would recomend that you don use 1/2 line,it will be hard to bend it up there.what i did on mine was welded the bottom bolt to the bag, then spund the bag around to screw it in, if you need to to remove it or work on it just raise the the body let the axle go as low as it can and the upper part of the bag will be loose enough to screw it off.

I am using Lowrider Depots front bolt in braket, with Slam Specialties bags, and I am having all my rear mounts and pan hard bar custom fabricated by Mouses Customs here in AZ. I have Chrome Viar 480 Double Pack. have not acquired the valves or controler yet. Pics to come in about a month
