GM Protection Plan

I got an email from my dealership about the GM Protection Plan and am looking at my options. Is there a known dealer that offers the GM Protection Plan at a discount? I was able to do this when I had my BMW, there was a dealer that was knows to offer the best deal. I found Knapp Vehicle Service Contracts via a google search and it's a better deal than my dealership was offering, but maybe there is something better?
