Getting TV Signal in flip down Panasonic

I have a 2013 LTZ Tahoe with the entertainment package.

Wondering if anyone has been able to receive local broadcast channels on the screen. From what I know in California they only allow a digital converter so if anyone knows about this it would be helpful. Thanks

I'm willing to bet the signal sucks in the 12 years I've installed professionally in Chicago any TV tuner got crappy reception
