I have a 96 yukon 4x4 if I changed the rear end to 4.11 do I have 2 change the 1s n the front

yes unless you don't use the 4x4 and disable it to be sure. Otherwise something is going to break fast when it gets engaged.

yes but you should try to disable it to be safe. I would like to change gears eventually to and will probably do the same because I might not be able to do both at one. Lucky for me the sector cam that hits the switch that lock the front axle is busted so I basically have a $900(At my mileage I have choosen to get a new case instead of fixing that one part) disabler in place.

what gears do you currently have in there? If you have 3.73 it is not worth the swap.
