So I needed a custom sized hub centric ring to fill the gap from our 78.1mm hub to an unusual aftermarket wheel bore of 106.75mm and chose US Wheel Adapters (I couldn’t find one that was stocked in this size). Took only a couple weeks (during Covid) till I received my Polycarbonate ring and was spot on. I froze it at 0 degrees F for a night and slid it into the wheel and was able to attach the wheel directly after. I can certainly recommend US Wheel Adapters if you’re looking to do this as well.

If you’re wondering...I apply copper anti seize (I live in the rust belt) and it’s a pain in the butt trying to remove wheels without it around here.
