Check this out! Its for a Trailblazer.
But was thinking maybe if we can pull together enough ppl wanting one, They might make one for us Fullsize guys...
Possibly shaped like a OEM HD hood..
So post up if you would be interested.
NBS and NNBS guys

Original Link, notice how it interfaces with a OEM style Airbox..

They have functional hood available on LMC truck. I think I saw them on there. Was thinking about getting one for my truck.

EDIT: I take that back. I can't seem to find them now. I saw them somewhere awhile ago because I am in the market for a new hood. If I find it, I will post it.

So i couldn't just kick the can around and ignore the fact that: I WANT THIS...sooo i wrote to the company about whether or not they are looking to produce products for other lines of vehicles and what not basically a full half a page and in there i explained the benefits to making nbs chevy hoods and gmc all the years they fit as well as all the models Chevarolet alone tahoe burbs rados all got the same hood thats a tone of hoods that fit a ton of vehicles if your a business owner youd be stupid not to...make 1style hood that fits 3+ vehicles and sell a ton of them.. we'll see probably the most ligit write up i have had Since Composition II last semester :)

Mention nbs kon hoe seirra silverado and the nnbs's of course ;)

where does that hood grab fresh air from?

At first glance it looks like the air would be sitting in between the inner metal liner and outer hood for awhile as it doesn't pull from the front....wouldn't that create incredibly hot air going into the filter?

I love the look of that first hood...but I would really worry about the temp of the air entering the engine!

Between the temp of the hood's outer skin from the sun and the inner skin from the engine running...i would be really interested to see if performance was affected.

However, it does look really nice!
