Front seats?

Front seat in driver side frame/structure underneath the cushion gave out... I don’t have heated seats or anything fancy, however can I get a replacement from ANY seat for this? Passenger side? 00-02? Anybody have experience with this? Worth the labor?

I just had a 2000 driver seat apart recently to sew a seam. I didn’t have to pull the seat to remove the lower cushion. The 00-02 foam is definitely different than the 03-06. You cannot use a passenger side due the seat belt coming through the cushion. I guess anything is possible with modifications.
