My pinion seal is starting to leak a little, and I am planning to replace. Does anyone have the pinion nut torque and the drive shaft U-bolts torque? Is there anything else I should know? I haven’t looked too close at it yet, but I assume just pull the U-bolts on the drive shaft and slide it back, remove the yolk and nut and change out the seal. I plan to measure the thread depth to the top of the nut, and then mark radial location to each other so I can install it back to where it was.
