Front door striker replacement

Guys looking to replace the drivers door striker. The question I have is the nut holding the striker fastened to the pillar? Or am I going to lose the nut down the pillar?

You can access the nut for the strikers by removing the plastic trim behind the seatbelt mechanisms. I believe you will have to remove the plastic threshold for the door as well. A big star is required to remove the seat belt bolts. Good luck.
