So I just installed a CAI earlier this week and wanted to open up the exhaust a little while I was at it. Started looking around and found a Magnaflow exhaust system on hottexhaust . com. Started out at $558.xx. Then I searched around for coupon codes. My buddy found a code that took almost $150 off. If you guys are interested, go to http://www.hottexhaust.com/Magnaflow_15666. When it asks for a coupon code, enter "vortex". Ended up being like $398 shipped. Couldn't pass it up.

Good find! I paid around that for mine a couple years ago. I love it. No drone and a nice and throaty sound!

thanks for the tip!

I just ordered one myself, although it was a bit of a PITA with my credit card company. They put a fraud hold on my account because this is a Canadian company. Imagine that.

Will this fit my 04 Yukon Denali?

Go to Magnaflow's website and look up the catalog number for your truck. If you're a 6.0L AWD like I am then you need a different part number. For the Escalade it's 15734 and is a few bucks more, $436.20 in my case.

In the site right now, HAVE to check it out

Also, I was given a cupon by the site (Hello2013) but you'll still save 8 more bucks using the (vortex) code, thanks Dropmech..

I could spend MONTHS researching exhausts, exhaust notes, installation options, and prices...but this seems to be the best bang for my buck (and with so many hardcore Tahoe/Yukonists giving Magnaflow the 'ok', I think I'm safe).

Ordering from a Cdn site doesn't hurt either...! But the site's fitment chart says it'll fit every Tahoe engine "EXCL." the Z71.
Is that for real?! I can't imagine the Z71 is all that different from the rest of the Tahoes....I thought it was just a trim+off-road package.

Am I wrong?

The '03 Denali and '02 Tahoe LS Autoride I had before this one, I thought, all had the same 5.3L Vortec engines.

I ran into this problem when looking at exhaust for my z71. I called Flowmaster to see what the problem was. I was told by Flowmaster that the problem is the fitment of the exhaust tips and rear pipes. There is a factor cutour in the trim on the pass side and not on the drivers side. He said the the drivers side pipe will hit the trim. The either the trim will have to be modified or the pipe. It will not have a uniform look so they say it will not fit.
