I know the keys are just for the front ;), you have springs in the back.

Your keys upfront are what turn/crank your torsion bars and either give you lift of lowering.

I have no idea the years though.

It's the older body style 10th gen F150s, 97-04 I think. Just order one from a 2001 and you'll be good to go.

Keys are good for 2-3" of lift up front. It will depend on your CV axle geometry though. If you go too high, you'll start tearing stuff up. 2" - 2.5" is pretty much universally safe, by YMMV so be careful.
