The urethane is definitely a better choice. The paint on the fiberglass will chip easier from rocks and road debris. And because it doesn't flex, it's a PITA to install over your existing stock bumper around the edges and it will crack before it flexes if you bump into something, unlike the urethane.
sat away from fiber. I had one on a car before, I hit some already dead road kill. Raccoon. It Broke a hole almost the size of the raccoon going like 50mph. Theres no flex with fiber glass so paint will chip and crack very easily. Ever see a cheap body kit on a Honda? They are always cracked, paint cracked and flaking.
