So had this left over after trading in my yukon.
This came off our 2010 esky and once we sold that I had a spare fob left over.
I have used this on my 07 yukon denali, as long you have a 6 button remote you should be able to use this to reprogram though your DIC
Took the back of the caddy crest off because it looked silly when i had it on the yukon.
