The aftermarket spoilers don't hold up over time. I bought the Eagle Eye one from eBay, and it warped after about a year. Also, the rubber weatherstrip flap that is supposed to seal against the body at the top wouldn't stay seated, and kept working loose. I ended up finding an OEM escalade spoiler and transferring the LED light over, and it was a perfect fit.
I myself have been really skeptical and hesitant to purchase aftermarket headlights because I’m not sure how long they would last.

Aftermarket headlights SEEM to do just fine?.. but the wiring always looks a little weaker..
And the OEM light comes populated with bulbs I believe.. So not a terrible price for OEM..

Though I know there are better lights available, I seem to settle back on stock style housings...

I've had issues with my aftermarket headlights. I run the LED bar ones in my sig. Because they plug into the OEM light socket harness, they have an internal wiring harness to connect the various bulbs in the headlight assemblies. In my experience these are the weak point. They use cheap Molex style connectors and don't do enough to support them from flopping around inside the housing. One of mine melted the connector and shorted out. I baked it open and replace it with a Deutsch style connector. I've already had to re-clear them after less than 2 years in service, too. Lastly, the supplied "halogen" bulbs are horrible. I didn't like mine until I put in some decent LED bulbs, at which point they became acceptable, but not really better than OEM from a light output standpoint.

Thanks, good to know! (I hate weak wiring!)
Guess I'll stick with stock, though I might install HID's in them.
