There's a guy on eBay (who did mine) that charges just under $300 to fully rebuild, and convert yours. That way you don't need to worry about reprogramming anything.

Dealerships cannot program a cluster if it has already been programmed. Been there done that. Only if it has 0 miles.

Send it to sotelectronics.com. They charge $45 to reprogram. Shipped mine on Monday and had it back by Friday.
